I’ll meet you outside in the courtyard. I’ll ask you a few questions about your dog and the style you want.

Dogs under sedation of any kind will not be accepted. Including Trazodone, Acepromazine, and CBD.

You’ll receive a text alert that your dog will be ready in 30 minutes.

Pay ahead using the texted link or pay in-person (cash or card).

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance or it will be cancelled.

If you’re running late for an appointment:

• 15 minute grace period, after that the appointment will be cancelled

Clients with multiple cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Bring your puppy at 3-4 months old, after they get their first round of shots.

You can bring them before their Rabies shot, which is required after 6 months of age.

For puppies, we offer a bath and light trimming around the face and feet.

It’s ideal to bring them every 3 weeks for the first couple grooms, so we can gently introduce them to grooming. Then we will graduate them to a full haircut.

Working with animals is unpredictable, so exact times are hard to determine.

We aim for:

• 3-5 hours for the Signature Haircut
• 2-3 hours for a Bath
• 3 hours for a Young Puppy Groom

We’ll text you 30 minutes before we’re done pampering your pup.
