We’ll meet you outside in the courtyard. We’ll ask you a few questions about your dog and the style you want.

Bring a copy of Rabies and DA22P (distemper) vaccination records.
Dogs under sedation of any kind will not be accepted. Including Trazodone, Acepromazine, and CBD.
You’ll receive a text alert that your dog will be ready in 30 minutes.
Pay ahead using the texted link or pay in-person (cash or card).
15 minute grace period for pick-up. After that, late pick up fee.
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance or it will be cancelled.
If you’re running late for an appointment:
15 minute grace period, after that the appointment will be cancelled
Clients with multiple cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Bring your puppy at 3-4 months old, after they get their first round of shots.
You can bring them before their Rabies shot, which is required after 6 months of age.
For puppies, we offer a bath and light trimming around the face and feet.
It’s ideal to bring them every 3 weeks for the first couple grooms, so we can gently introduce them to grooming. Then we will graduate them to a full haircut.
Working with animals is unpredictable, so exact times are hard to determine.
We aim for:
- 3-5 hours for the Signature Haircut
- 2-3 hours for a Bath
- 3 hours for a Young Puppy Groom
We’ll text you 30 minutes before we’re done pampering your pup.
No, but all of our grooms include a nail trim and buff.
